The Giridih district administration has intensified preparations for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Ram Niwas Yadav addressed a press conference regarding the process. According to the administration, the final electoral roll is scheduled to be published on October 19. Voters have been advised to verify their names, addresses and other details in the electoral list and seek corrections through the prescribed process if required. The administration is focusing on ensuring that eligible voters are not left out while ineligible entries are identified during the revision process.
